Scope Of Work:

Built a steel patio cover with Tricorn Black finish, pine tongue-and-groove ceiling, and standing seam roof. Installed a rebar shade screen on one side and smooth rebar railing for the stairs and gate. Added TimberTech Sea Salt Gray landing and stairs connecting to the existing deck. Completed lighting installation and stained the fence in Natural Cedartone.
