Build It ATX operates on a first-come, first-served scheduling system.

Projects are scheduled only after a cleared deposit is received and materials are available. Once these requirements are met, your project is placed in the construction queue.

Because construction conditions change frequently, exact start and completion dates cannot be guaranteed.

We work every day conditions safely allow and complete projects in the order they enter the schedule.

Our commitment is to quality craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency—not rushing jobs to meet arbitrary calendar dates.

This page provides a live view of our current construction queue so customers can see how projects move through the schedule.

Scheduling Policy

Construction scheduling is dynamic and subject to change. While we plan projects carefully, several factors can impact timelines:

• Weather conditions
• Permit or inspection delays
• Material availability
• Customer-requested additions or changes
• Unexpected site conditions such as utilities or structural issues

For these reasons, the schedule must remain flexible and may shift as work progresses.

Deposit Requirement

A cleared deposit is required before any project can be scheduled.

For projects with multiple invoices, deposits must be received for all applicable invoices before the project enters the construction queue.

How Projects Move Through the Schedule

Projects generally move through the following stages:

Pre-Planning

Projects awaiting deposit, engineering, permitting, or other approvals.

Material Pending

Deposit received and materials are being ordered or delivered.

Scheduled

Deposit received and materials are ready. The project is placed into the active construction queue.

Repairs / Touch-Ups

Minor corrections or punch-list items scheduled between larger projects.

Completed

Project finished.

Viewing the Schedule

Our schedule is displayed below using a Google Calendar view for easy access.

Active customers may also request schedule access through JobTread, where the schedule can be viewed in a clean Gantt-style timeline.
