Excavation and construction of a cedar horizontal picket fence with steel posts and concrete footers, including a custom gate, bull panel fencing, and a small retaining wall. Project also includes installation of stucco and Hardie siding finishes. Built a new deck with stairs connecting the upper and lower yard, completed with a horizontal metal balustrade railing.
